Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only available within Germany.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

€5.50 for dietary supplements.

3.99 for saffron.

Free shipping on food supplements for orders over €100.

Free shipping on saffron for orders over €100.

Orders for combined dietary supplements and saffron will be delivered separately.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 2-5 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details regarding payment

When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit payment date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.

When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
